Please reschedule 24 hours in advance.
Please cancel 48 hours in advance.
If guidelines are not followed, we do reserve the right to keep the booking fee. You can reschedule once before a new deposit is needed.
LATE FEE & TARDINESS
PREPARE
Facial Services: Each Facial comes with a complementary hand and neck massage. Please be prepared to remove all jewelry before starting the service.
Wax Services: Please wear loose clothing that can easily be removed at service.
No phone calls during services please silent your phone or put on vibrate.
POST CARE
1. REBOOK.....duh
2. Waxing: Refrain from tight garments, steam rooms, hot tubs. No sports or gym exercises for 48 hours. Avoid scratching or touching the area with unwashed hands. Wear clean and loose-fitting clothes. Avoid chlorine pools and products that have chemicals such as scented deodorants, body sprays, powders, and lotions.
3. Facials: Change your pillowcases, refrain from touching your face, saunas, and direct sunlight. Hydrate as much as possible. Follow skin care routine.
We allow a 10-minute grace period for clients to check in and ready for service. Tardiness may take away time from service. We value all of our clients time and strive to stay on schedule.
